What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non-customized products, as long as they are unused and in their original condition.
Custom-made boards are non-refundable unless there is damage or a defect.

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All custom orders and personalized chess boards are final sale due to the handcrafted nature of each piece.
We take great care to ensure quality and will work with you if there’s any issue.

When will I get my order?
Our boards are made to order. Production takes 2–10 business days, and shipping time depends on your location:
EU: 3–7 business days
USA: 7–14 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are handmade in Latvia, Europe, in our small workshop.
Each board is crafted with care using premium wood and epoxy resin — no mass production involved.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €150 within the EU.
International rates vary and are displayed before finalizing your purchase.
