What began in a small workshop with a single mold has become a journey of precision, patience, and passion. Each Palo board is handmade from scratch, combining traditional woodworking with modern resin techniques.
Step 1: Design & Preparation
We begin with a carefully selected slab of natural wood, checking the grain, shape, and character. Every board starts with a unique vision.
Step 2: Molding & Casting
The wood is placed in a silicone mold, and premium epoxy resin is poured around it. This step requires precision, patience — and a steady hand.
Step 3: Milling & Shaping
Once hardened, we mill both sides for a perfect, flat surface and bevel the edges to give each board its elegant shape.
